Job Description

Job Title : UI/UX Designer

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys.
Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
Ensure designs are consistent with branding guidelines and accessible design standards (WCAG).
Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate on design solutions.
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and UI/UX best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and mobile-first approaches.
Solid portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills.
Experience with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
Knowledge of usability testing and analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics).
Ability to work in Agile environments.
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
