We are excited to announce that DECCA LIVE is looking to fill the position of Marketing Manager. DECCA LIVE is a multi-genre music venue located in Jacksonville, FL that opened in Jan of 2025. As the Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing efforts across all of our shows creatively and innovatively to ensure both the growth of the brand and the promotion of ticket sales. 

Responsibilities: 

• Work directly with the Talent team to coordinate the announcement and promotion of all events at DECCA LIVE. 
• Lead communication with artist teams for various needs such as artwork, campaign timelines, ad access, content, etc 
• Build out a digital and localized marketing plan for each show, including budgets and sales trackers for each show 
• Assist in the creation of ticket links and aid with various ticketing tasks.
• Execute all digital ad buys across various platforms such as META, X , TikTok, and Google
• Track all sales and marketing spends along with creating projections for future sales and spends.
• Build relationships in the local community with influencers, colleges, and bloggers to promote shows and the venue. 
• Establish creative marketing plans to aid in the overall growth of the DECCA LIVE brand. 
• Oversee marketing communications and coordination with venue staff, Influencer teams, blogs, and all other marketing partners 
• Communicate with fans and assist with customer service issues promptly.
• Updating the website with show information and announcements. 
• Update various website listings of events on EDMtrain, MMW, and Resident Advisor

Qualities we are looking for: 

• 3+ years of experience in social media and event marketing. 
• Extensive knowledge of digital ad buys on platforms such as META, X, TikTok, and Google.
• Preference for someone who has experience with Eventbrite or similar ticketing systems. 
• Working knowledge of email marketing and CRM, such as Mailchimp 
• Experience working on websites on platforms such as WIX and Squarespace 
• Self-motivated with an ability to create your workflow structure. Having the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment is crucial. 
• Dependable - the timing and effectiveness of our social media has a direct impact on ticket sales for events. 
• Hard working, with a get-it-done attitude. We are looking for those who can solve problems, not create them. 
• Ability to communicate well with others and across the various aspects of the event organizational structure. 
• Passion for music and knowledge of current trends
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace 
• Understanding of creative tools such as Photoshop, Cavana, CapCut, etc is preferred
