Hiring: Marketing Brand Manager
Shift: Mon-Fri. days, some nights and weekends

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Brand Marketing Manager is a dynamic, cross-functional leader responsible for stewarding the brand voice, building demand, driving digital engagement, and elevating the in-store guest experience across all channels. This highly strategic and executional role will manage end-to-end marketing efforts for Yogurtland, Egg N Bird, and their virtual brand portfolio—balancing campaign creativity, digital performance, guest loyalty, and business outcomes.
This role is ideal for a savvy, passionate marketing leader who thrives on innovation, understands the quick-service restaurant (QSR) landscape, and is fluent in both brand storytelling and performance marketing.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Strategic Brand Management
- Develop and execute brand strategies that differentiate from competitors and drive consumer engagement.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all touchpoints and brand channels.
- Drive sales through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
- Define and uphold brand voice, ensuring consistent tone and messaging across all internal and guest-facing assets.
Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
- Plan, develop, and launch systemwide marketing campaigns to engage guests and build brand loyalty.
- Oversee promotions for new and returning products, flavors, toppings, and limited-time offers (LTOs) across in-store channels.
Partnerships & Collaboration
- Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships for brand collaborations that align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Training, R&D, and PR teams to execute marketing events and promotional collaborations.
- Work with franchisees to support campaign marketing efforts and ensure brand alignment.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Partner with Social team on paid media campaigns (paid social, display, programmatic, streaming TV) to support promotions and drive digital orders.
- Optimize websites and apps for SEO, UX, conversion rate, and ADA compliance in partnership with digital and agency teams.
- Oversee email, SMS, eGift card, and fundraising campaigns to drive loyalty and repeat traffic.
Loyalty, CRM, and Guest Engagement
- Manage the loyalty program (Paytronix or similar), focusing on retention, personalization, and rewards strategy.
- Segment and target customer groups using CRM data to deliver relevant, results-oriented marketing efforts.
- Continuously monitor KPIs such as CLV, CPA, and redemption rates to improve campaign ROI.
Franchise, Ops, and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, and Training to bring product launches to life in-store.
- Collaborate with Franchise Leadership and field teams to ensure marketing consistency and local support.
- Respond to ad hoc marketing requests and contribute to leadership-level initiatives and franchise communications.
- Prepare and present key brand updates, campaign outcomes, and strategies to leadership, franchisees, and stakeholders.
Analytics, Reporting & Innovation
- Conduct post-campaign performance reviews and competitive analyses.
- Use data dashboards (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.) to report actionable insights.
- Leverage AI and emerging tools to automate tasks, generate content, and uncover guest trends.
Public Relations & Brand Reputation Management
- Lead the development and distribution of press releases tied to product launches, brand initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage crisis communication in coordination with PR agencies and internal leadership, ensuring brand-safe, timely responses.
- Oversee earned media strategy and coverage tracking, identifying opportunities to elevate the brand through PR moments and thought leadership.
In-Store Customer Experience
- Enhance the customer journey within physical locations by implementing initiatives that reflect brand values and meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams to support online promotional efforts through in-store materials, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
Vendor & Agency Management
- Oversee relationships with external vendors, agencies, and designers.
- Provide clear briefs and manage the creative process to ensure deliverables meet brand standards and project objectives.
Market Analysis & Performance Evaluation
- Conduct competitive analysis and research to adapt strategies based on industry trends.
- Report on campaign performance and use data-driven insights to refine future initiatives.
Budget & Resource Management
- Manage the marketing fund efficiently, ensuring responsible budget allocation and tracking.
Innovation & Content Creation
- Leverage AI tools for innovative content creation, workflow automation, and enhanced decision-making.
Miscellaneous Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing department and company objectives.
REQUIREMENTS (LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
- Experience: 4+ years in marketing campaign management, brand strategy, or digital marketing, preferably in retail or QSR industries.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI tools (ie. ChatGPT), Adobe Creative Suite, and data analysis platforms (ie. Power BI, Google Analytics).
- Project Management: Experience with project management software to track initiatives and collaborate across teams.
