Location: Los Angeles, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $30 - 40 per hour A leading in-house creative studio is seeking a Post-Production Coordinator to join its high-performing Content Studio. This team specializes in producing compelling and innovative visual storytelling across photography, video, motion graphics, and design. The Content Studio supports a broad range of digital and physical content needs across all marketing touchpoints, combining craft and technology to deliver world-class creative assets.As a Post-Production Coordinator, you will ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of digital assets from capture through final upload. You'll be instrumental in asset tracking, image review, retouching workflows, and stakeholder communication. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role that balances technical acumen with creative oversight.This studio environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and constantly evolving. Responsibilities: Manage the post-production asset pipeline from on-set handoff to final delivery across digital platforms. Monitor asset progress using project management systems (e.g., Jira), providing updates, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring deadlines are met. Serve as quality control for all product imagery, reviewing retouched assets against technical and creative specifications. Provide feedback and minor retouching updates (~10% of workload), ensuring consistency across imagery and adherence to style guides. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors/retouchers to align on expectations and maintain workflow efficiency. Support the development of post-production best practices and operational documentation. Manage incoming feedback or asset issues from internal business partners through established ticketing systems. Leverage digital asset management (DAM) tools to maintain organized, accessible, and properly tagged image libraries. Ensure imagery meets evolving brand and marketing guidelines and participates in refining those standards. Collaborate with art directors, stylists, and producers to maintain consistency across all product photography and marketing assets. Qualifications: 3+ years experience in post-production coordination, digital asset management, or related role. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Bridge, Acrobat Pro); expert-level retouching skills required Strong organizational and time-management abilities; thrives in high-volume environments Familiarity with retouching techniques including compositing, masking, blemish removal, color correction, object removal, and other non-destructive methods Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight timelines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A portfolio showcasing your photo editing and retouching expertise is required. Experience working in a high-volume eCommerce or marketing studio environment. Familiarity with pre-press processes and preparing assets for both digital and print use. Previous in-house or agency experience supporting retail or consumer brands. Experience working with collaborative project management systems and digital asset platforms.
