Our inside sales operation is the heartbeat of our business, and we’re seeking a Call Center Trainer who can fuel our growth by training a high-performance team of sales and lead generation reps.

Position Summary:

We’re looking for a results-driven Call Center Trainer with a passion for sales and a gift for coaching. This role is all about creating confident, capable reps who convert leads into clients. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new hires, enhancing current rep performance, and building a culture of excellence on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs for sales and lead generation teams
  • Conduct onboarding sessions focused on sales scripts, systems, objection handling, and CRM use
  • Lead live coaching sessions, call calibrations, and skill-based workshops
  • Work closely with sales managers to identify performance gaps and customize training accordingly
  • Maintain training materials, knowledge bases, and performance tracking tools
  • Instill a competitive, motivated, and client-first mindset in all reps
  • Track and report on training outcomes and sales KPIs to measure impact

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in call center training, with a focus on outbound sales or lead generation
  • Strong knowledge of sales tactics, scripting, and conversion strategy
  • High energy, motivational leadership style with excellent communication skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms, dialer systems, and sales enablement tools
  • Ability to develop training resources that drive measurable results
  • Background in merchant services or financial sales is a strong plus
