Asset Management Onboarding Analyst – Entry Level

Must reside in commutable distance to Dallas, TX

$47-55K/year

Are you an early-career finance professional looking to build expertise in private markets, regulatory onboarding, and client operations? We’re hiring an Asset Management Onboarding Analyst – Entry Level to support institutional investor onboarding for a global investment firm.

This is a great opportunity to work alongside asset managers, legal, and compliance teams while gaining hands-on experience in alternative investments and client due diligence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinating onboarding workflows for institutional investors in private markets.
• Reviewing client documentation and regulatory information for approval (including KYC/AML, Dodd-Frank, MiFID, FATCA).
• Communicating with internal teams such as legal, compliance, operations, and investment desks, to support new deal setups.
• Ensuring all documentation and client data meets internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supporting improvements to documentation processes and onboarding systems.
• Helping drive a seamless onboarding experience for new investment relationships.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree (required), preferably in finance, economics, or related fields.
• Financial services experience required (internships considered).
• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with legal, operations, and client service teams.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry tools.

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with KYC/AML onboarding in a financial services setting.
• Exposure to private equity, alternative investments, or fund operations.
• Interest in asset management or regulatory compliance as a career path.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
